This is old news.. I want to go back home!!! 2008/02/18 @ 1140 Grats RoF! We are now all Tier V Nubs!!! Now we have to decide whether we want to pay Solarian a visit OR if we want to go underwater and kill a big fish. Grats to Byrthor on his Destroyer Shoulderguards, Inuratic on his Mantle of the Corruptor, and Holysnakeoil on his Fel Reaver's Piston. 2008/02/17 @ 1900 I have finally gotten around to getting phpRaider working and it should be operational for anybody who currently has forum access. You log into the raid calendar with the same login and password that you log into the forums with and it should automatically create an account for you. This is new software and a new way for us to do raid signups. If you have any problems with this please let me know and I will try my best to get it fixed ASAP. If you want to use the new Raid Calendar click on Raids above and sign in. 2008/01/13 @ 1015 Gruul the Dragonkiller is no longer. I don't know how else to say it, it's pretty cut and dry right there. We almost one shotted him last night if it wasn't for a bad shatter killing the tank and us wiping at 1%!!! Second time around Gruul didn't have a chance, we tore through him like it was some kind of joke. Grats to all of RoF, progression always feels awesome. Who wants to do some SSC tonight since we don't have to waste time on Gruul progression like we had planned ;) Byrthor got his Aldori Legacy Defender, Missdrelf got Cowl of Nature's Breath and both hunters Nincompoop and Ceasuria got their Demon Stalker Greaves. Magtheridon is the last Tier IV boss we have left :) 2008/01/06 @ 1630 First bit of news, the Forums and website are going to be intermittantly up and down over the next couple of days while I do some maintenance and apply both some website updates and forum upgrades. This shouldn't effect too many people but I just want everyone to know just in case you try to get on and it won't let you. Now to the important news. Late last night Rage of Fire had our first planned 25-Man raid. The turnout was awesome and we unfortunately had to make a few people sit out, but it was great to see so many people show up. I have always said that the hardest part of a 25-Man is getting 25 people to be there on time which we were 100% successful last night in doing. Well, not much happened. I mean, I guess there might be some small news to report though. Yep.. That's right. His buddy Gruul in the other room is next in our sights. Grats to Nincompoop on her Maulgar's Warhelm, Aezea on her Netherblade Shoulderpads, and Aurokus on his Cyclone Shoulderpads. It is awesome to see some Tier IV Shoulders picked up by RoF Members. Who wants some Tier IV Legs? Thanks everyone for being patient during the holidays while we took a few weeks off from raiding. It was a nice break for everyone and great to see everyone come back from the holiday break refreshed and ready to kick some ass. 2007/12/16 @ 1430 Last night we decided to take our first serious shot at Zul`Aman and we were very pleasantly surprised with the results. Nalorakk got one shotted like the encounter was some sort of joke and we managed to get the eagle boss down to 50% on our third attempt before we called it and switched to Karazhan. There is a lot of stuff in the works so keep your eyes on this page and we'll make more official news posts when we have more that we can tell everyone. Now I go and make a post about my DPS wet dream for everyones viewing pleasure. |
